Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and peaceful room, plenty of hot water, excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Great location so it's easy to walk all around Miraflores. Breakfast was delicious (fruit, coffee, juice, eggs w/ ham and cheese, breads) and served in a beautiful courtyard in the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful in answering questions and calling to make a dinner reservation for us. They either didn't notice or didn't care that for 2 of the nights we had 3 people sleeping in the room for 2. They also have 2 taxi drivers who work with them so they will call them if you need a taxi and arrange airport pickups/drop-offs for $20 (which you can add to your room bill). Even though our flight into Lima was 4 hours late, our taxi was there waiting for us.

We had a double room (206) that was right next to the elevator and had two windows leading to the hallway and not outside, so we could hear a lot of noise from the hotel. The other rooms seemed a lot nicer. The bathroom had tons of ants and they migrated into our room and onto the beds. The glass in our bathroom broke and even though we told them in the office, it wasn't swept up until the next day.

Casa San Martin is a charming small hotel in a fantastic location for easily getting around Lima on foot or via taxi. As a solo traveler I appreciated the help of the gracious and accommodating staff who helped with guiding me to local resources for shipping, dentust, spa, and more. The breakfast was very nice with delicious rolls. The decor of the Casa San Martin was lovely with several different comfortable rooms on the main floor, lobby seating, library, internet/printer. Btw there is wifi available from the rooms. I plan on going back there every time I travel to or through Lima.

When I first arrived my room was a little musty but by opening the french doors to the patio fir a whike itckeared completely. It can be cold at night but an extra blanket is availabke.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is in close proximity to the busy shopping district and provides a great breakfast spread for its guests, including fresh juice and yammy bread. the rooms are well-maintained with comfortable bedding and ample hot water supply. the helpful staff is always at your service, assisting you with all your needs.

Some of the rooms facing the street can be quite noisy, so it is recommended to request a quieter room.

This hotel is conveniently located in Miraflores and all its sites including trendy LarcoMar which is a brief ten minute walk. Tourists can safely walk the streets until all hours of the night. Reception is 24 hours which is convenient for early morning or late night check ins. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating to any request. You can drop laundry off to them and they charge only what the adjacent laundromat would for door to door service. Breakfast is great here. Fresh fruits including watermelon, mango, grapes and apple on offer. Bread and fresh jams and ham and cheese omelette's all made to order. Water pressure and temperature of hot water is excellent but you need to play with the hot water for a while to get the right temperature. Free wifi in the rooms as well as common areas. Cable tv also available in room. Definitely good value for money in the middle range hotel category.

Although advertised as air conditioned we could not see an air con in our room or any of the other rooms that were left opened that we took a peek in. Having said that the room did not get hot enough during our stay to warrant use of one and we stayed in Feb. This hotel was undergoing renovation when we stayed and there was a disruptive noise from early hours of the morning to early evening which we were not advised of beforehand by Booked.net website which was a little disappointing. Apart from this it's a great little place to stay.

Stayed here over Christmas and despite some issues, overall it was a decent experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for things to do and even decorating the lobby for the holiday. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Plus, the location was great with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak and the hot water wasn't consistent. the breakfast options were limited and not very filling.

The breakfast was decent and there was free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. the location was great, just a short walk to the ocean and main shopping area. Being able to stay in a comfortable hotel without breaking the bank was a definite plus.

The rooms had a damp and musty smell. the towels were also damp and the beds were uncomfortable.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the excellent service provided by the staff. The location is perfect, right in the center of Miraflores, close to bars, restaurants, and the commercial center of the city. The rooms, some of which have balconies with a view, are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options such as fresh juice, eggs, and bread, all cooked to order.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

We had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and helped us with directions to the embassy and ATMs. The room we stayed in was peaceful and provided plenty of hot water. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The hotel's location close to the commercial center and in the center of Miraflores was very convenient.
